The Pittsburgh Polar Bear Club Jump to Benefit Project Bundle-Up
Date: Friday, January 1, 2016
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Mon Wharf, Pittsburgh
The 2015 PBU's Polar Bear Jump raised $15,426.00. This would not be possible without the support of the "plungers" that purchased t-shirts, donations, and our generous t-shirt sponsors. Thank you!
Take the plunge on New Years Day!
The Polar Bear Club's annual jump on New Year’s Day is now a fundraiser for Project Bundle-Up! Young and old alike participate in the jump along the Monongahela River, and have a fantastic time while taking care of our youth and seniors, by protecting them from the cold.
Our motto is “We are freezin’ so they don’t have to.” Participants can purchase a New Year's Day Polar Bear Jump t-shirt and help thousands of needy families receive a new coat, hat, boots, gloves and scarf, in Western Pennsylvania. Join the Polar Bear Club this 2015 New Year’s and jump for The Salvation Army and WTAE’s Project Bundle-Up.
