The Pittsburgh Polar Bear Club Jump to Benefit Project Bundle-Up
Date: Wednesday, January 1, 2014
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Mon Wharf, Pittsburgh
Take the plunge on New Years Day!
The Polar Bear Club's annual jump on New Year’s Day, is now a fundraiser for Project Bundle-Up! Young and old alike participate in the jump along the Monongahela River, and have a fantastic time while taking care of our youth and seniors, by protecting them from the cold.
Our motto is “We are freezin’ so they don’t have to.” Participants can purchase a “2014 New Years Day Polar Bear Jump” t-shirt, and help thousands of needy families receive a new coat, hat, boots, gloves and scarf, in Western Pennsylvania. So join the Polar Bear Club this New Year’s and jump for The Salvation Army and WTAE’s Project Bundle-Up.
